The Museum of Forgotten History XXX – Maarten Vanden Eynde in conversation with the M HKA collection is the result of the first acquaintance of the new M HKA-curator Nav Haq with the collection of the museum. Together with him Maarten Vanden Eynde makes a selection from the collection. Vanden Eynde tries in his work to unravel and stop time.

Collection XXX is built around 'The Museum of Forgotten History', a project in which he describes a museum from the future. In addition, the exhibition is divided into seven sections: ‘ELEMENTS', ‘FORM’, ‘MOVEMENT’, ‘SPECIES’, ‘THE OUTER WORLD’, ‘INTROSPECTION’ and ‘COMPETITION’ .
